See France through the windows of a Eurostar train.  Are you thinking of taking a holiday to France either for a weekend or for an annual vacation?  But rather than flying why not consider taking a train.  Today you can get just about anywhere in France with Eurostar.  The Eurostar to France journey begins in London and after a few hours you will find yourself in the serenity of Avignon and the Dordogne region of France.

So instead of flying and seeing everything from above why not let the train take the strain and get a good view of the French countryside at eye level.  You may also find it gets you in the mood for speaking some French with your fellow passengers and tourists.

Although Eurostar has revolutionized how we now travel to France just how easy can it be for a person to get those all important cheap tickets?  If you were to go to the Eurostar website you would soon find that they offer a wide range of fares and if you are able to book your tickets well in advance say between 60 and 90 days before you are due to travel then you are likely to find some cheaper fares this way.

Another benefit of traveling with Eurostar on either a weekend or annual vacation to France is that your baggage allowance is much greater than that of the airlines.  Plus nor do you need to check any of your luggage in as long as you keep your allowance down to 2 cases and a piece of hand luggage.  However, if you should be taking some unusual with you (such as a bike or skies) on your holiday then you need to inform Eurostar of this when making your booking so that they can accommodate this additional luggage.  You also may find that you will need to pay a small handling fee for these items to be transported by Eurostar to your holiday destination.

Certainly more and more people today are using Eurostar as a way of getting to some of the favorite destinations in Europe and especially in France.  In fact more and more people are now beginning to useEurostar to France to transport them all the way down to the French Alps for their skiing holidays and weekend breaks as well.
