Things to Do In Brussels
There are many different things to do in Brussels whilst staying in the city. So do look at this city as a stopgap on your way to other
parts of Europe but as a place where you can spend time and relaxing.
One of the things that you can do whilst during your stay in the city and which will cost you nothing is spend time wandering the streets and
looking at the architecture. Along with some of the most beautiful 17th Century Renaissance buildings to be found in Europe you also, have
some of the beautiful art deco and art nouveau buildings to look at as well.
However if you do get tired of wandering the streets of this city then why not spend time in some of the various museums that it has as
well. Along with works by the likes of Rubens, Brueghel, Van Eyck and Van Dyck, you will find works by Rene Magritte as well. Plus
there are tours now taking place around the city that allow you to see 18 giant murals in comic strip style that decorate the sides of
buildings.
Then after all the wandering around the streets and museums and one starts to feel hungry and thirsty there are plenty of bars, cafes and
restaurants that one can try out. From modern cuisine through to more traditional Belgium fare, you are sure to find something that you
